Returns and Exchanges

The following situations are not accepted by our company for return or exchange

1. After payment, the customer finds that the product he has purchased does not meet his needs.
2. Damage to goods caused by human factors
3. The product is not in good packaging, or is damaged, destroyed or incomplete
4. We apologize for not being able to provide exchange services due to color difference issues. The color of the product images may vary due to different lighting conditions during photography or individual screen settings, resulting in some color discrepancies. Please refer to the actual product for accuracy.
5. Most of the toys in the store are made of wood. Exposure to excessive water or alcohol can cause the paint to peel and mold to develop, and they should also be kept away from direct sunlight. If any defects occur in the toys due to the above actions, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
6. Special price items are not returnable or exchangeable

 

Return and Exchange Procedure

You must contact Eurekakids customer service via WhatsApp within seven days (including the date of receipt) to request an exchange, and provide your order number, the reason for the exchange, and relevant photos. If the customer does not submit the exchange request within the specified time, the goods will not be exchangeable after seven days.
2. Unopened products, confirmed by Eurekakids to be damaged or missing accessories due to the production process, can be exchanged for the same product or accessory, or the accessory can be replaced.
3. Each order can only be exchanged once
4. If a refund is required, Eurekakids will use the customer's current payment method as the refund method
5. The shipping costs for purchase and return will not be refunded
6. The above terms are not applicable to areas outside Hong Kong. Please contact customer service for details.

 

In case of any dispute, Eurekakids reserves the right to make the final decision
