Shopping Information

    2. After registration, the system will automatically send a successful registration email and welcome offer
    3. Members can earn points with every purchase, earning 100 points for every $100 spent, which can be used as $1 for the next purchase. You can check your existing points and details on the account page

Shopping Process

    1. Add the products you want to buy to your wishlist or shopping cart

    4. If you have a coupon to use, please enter the discount code in the "Use Coupon" section on the shopping cart page, and the system will calculate the discount for you

    6. Enter personal and shipping information

Shipping Arrangements

    1. Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 working days* after payment
    2. Delivery addresses are limited to Hong Kong
    3. For shipping to other areas, Macau, or overseas, please contact our customer service
    4. Free local delivery for purchases over HKD $500
    5. For orders of HKD $499 or below, shipping fees must be paid to SF Express or the transportation company upon delivery; please fill in the delivery address and remarks on the order form
    6. The actual delivery time for customers depends on the transportation company and the traffic and weather conditions on that day
    7. For medium to large items and school facilities, additional arrangements may be required for delivery, and the resulting shipping fees will be quoted and charged separately
