Shopping Notice

1. For the first purchase, please register as our member, or use your Facebook account to register.

2. After registration, the system will send an e-coupon email, and you can use the coupon code in the email immediately

(Single order of HD 30& can get a discount of HKD 20) (Only used ONCE)

3. Members can also earn points for every purchase. 1 point for every $100, and a discount of $1 for every 1 point. The points can be used in the next shopping (Members can go to "Reward Points" in "My Account" to check point balance)

4. If you have any discount code, you can enter it in the discount code column and click "Apply Coupon" (If "ENTERED COUPON CODE" is dis-played, it means the coupon is successful).

5. After confirming the product and the amount, click "Checkout".

6. Enter your information (including your name, telephone number, email and delivery address/SF Express address).

7. Choose self-pickup in store (Wong Chuk Hang warehouse) or SF delivery (free shipping over $399).

8. Select the payment method (Credit Card, FPS or AlipayHK).

9. Click Continue to confirm the order information. Then click "Confirm".The system will automatically connect to the payment page.

10. Enter the payment information or scan the QR code as instructed, the system will send a confirmation email after the payment is successful.

Shipping Instruction

1. Eurekakids will arrange shipment within 2 working days after receiving your order and payment.

2. Free shipping within Hong Kong for single order above $399. It is expected to be delivered within 1-3 working days from the date of dispatch.

3. Under HK$399, you can choose SF Express freight paid by recipient or pick up at Wong Chuk Hang warehouse.

4. For shipping to Macau, freight paid by recipient and it is expected to be delivered within 2-6 working days from the date of dispatch.

5. The actual delivery time depends on the courier company's arrangement or the weather and traffic conditions of the day.
